Program Participation
Participation in a SELECT Advertising publisher or affiliate program requires acceptance by SELECT Advertising and a written agreement defining the approved campaign. Submitting an inquiry does not authorize a partner to begin sending traffic or using SELECT Advertising branding.
Campaign Requirements
The applicable agreement defines approved markets, traffic sources, geographic coverage, delivery methods, qualification criteria, volume limits, and any exclusivity requirements. Partners must obtain written approval before making material changes to an approved campaign or introducing additional traffic sources or subpublishers.
Advertising and Consumer Information
Partners must use truthful advertising and provide disclosures and obtain permissions required for their activities. Partners must not misrepresent their identity, government affiliation, product availability, eligibility, pricing, loan approval, or insurance benefits.
Partners must have the rights and permissions necessary to collect and transfer consumer information for the agreed purpose. Applicable privacy, consumer-contact, opt-out, and data-security requirements must be followed.
Traffic Quality
Fabricated inquiries, automated or bot-generated submissions, manipulated call activity, and misleading promotions are prohibited. Duplicate, incentivized, shared, or resold traffic is permitted only where expressly allowed by the applicable campaign agreement.
Records and Review
Partners must maintain records required by applicable law and the campaign agreement, including relevant source and consent documentation where required. Requests for supporting records and reviews of disputed activity will be handled under that agreement.
Payment and Adjustments
Rates, payment schedules, billable events, reporting, dispute periods, and any permitted adjustments are governed by the written agreement. This page does not establish a payment rate, payment deadline, or right to withhold payment.
Brand Use
Use of SELECT Advertising’s name, logo, or marketing materials requires prior written authorization and must remain within the approved scope.
Suspension and Termination
Campaign suspension, termination, outstanding payments, and related responsibilities are governed by the applicable written agreement.
Relationship to Signed Agreements
This page summarizes general participation standards and does not replace or amend a signed agreement. If this summary conflicts with an applicable signed agreement, that agreement controls, subject to applicable law.
